Exciting News and a Sneak Peek

So, in case you didn't see it on Jessica's blog the other day, I'm the May Guest Trendsetter for There She Goes stamps!! I'm so excited about this!! And guess what today is!?!? That's right! It's Day 1 of the Sneak Peeks for TSG's May Release! I have to say that I think this release just might be my favorite TSG release so far!!

So welcome to the TSG Sneak Peek Blog Hop!! You should have arrived from the fabulous Holly's blog. If not, head on back to Jessica's blog and start over! The girls have some pretty AWESOME creations to show off today using the new She's a Lady set. There are so many fun images in this set that you can mix and match - I used a total of FOUR images on my card:

I based my color scheme on the piece of DP from Stampin' Up's Hawaii Papaya line, which I've had laying around UNOPENED for just about FOREVER! I thought it was perfect for this particular stamp. I accented the main color of Old Olive with some Chocolate Chip and So Saffron. The image was stamped in Momento Rich Cocoa and colored with Copics before matting and popping up on dimensionals. The sentiment (which is just one of MANY in this set) is popped up on yet MORE dimensionals - giving the card lots of depth. A simple strip of Old Olive CS and some So Saffron ribbon and brads completed the 5.25-inch square card. What do you think?

BTW, I miss you also but the fact that we are both busy with DT obligations makes it OK
