Fall is in the air...

I've been having trouble with Blogger all week, so haven't been able to post anything until now. So sorry for the multiple posts tonight!!

First, some fall-themed hybrid projects...

These first 2 cards use the new Autumn Pop collaboration kit by Amanda Heimann and Melissa Bennett, available at the Digichick.

For the Hey Pumpkin card, I sized my photoshop document to fit a SU long notes card front and layered the "Hey Pumpkin" on the blue plaid and brown digital papers, then printed and cut out to fit the card front. I printed out the cute little stitched pumpkin separately, cut it out and popped it up on dimensionals. Some staples, inked edges and Stampin' Up Riding Hood Red ribbon were the finishing touches!

The second Autumn Pop card was really simple! I layered the letteres for "Thanks" from the kit alpha on top of the polka dot paper and added the teal paper to the top, printed it out, cut it, inked the edges and added some Kiwi Kiss ribbon. The flower, from the same kit, was printed and cut out separately and popped up on dimensionals.

These next 2 cards use the Hooty Toot kit, Hooty Toot Alpha, and Hooty Toot Fall Quotes by Mari Koegelenberg, all available at the Digichick.

This second Hooty Toot card is my favorite!! I used my sewing machine to add some fun, sloppy freestyle stitching around the edge of the central piece of printed paper.

My last hybrid project uses the new Funky Fall kit by Amanda Heimann and Kelly Mickus, also available at the Digichick. This is a gift for my MIL - a cute little Creative Journal. It's actually an altered composition book. She really loves all things paisley, so I think she'll like it.
There you have it, folks!! A few fall projects all the way from sunny Maui!! (Oh, how I miss fall! - these projects especially make me feel homesick this time of year!).
