Happiness for Hostesses

Busy Day today on the blog!! I'll start by sharing a peek at my project for this month's Verve Project Parade. The theme for this month is "Happiness for Hostesses" and the idea is to create meaningful little gifts and cards that you can take with you to parties and get-togethers to give as hostess gifts. I created a gift for the hostess of my next book club meeting:

You can read all the details over on THIS POST on the Verve Blog. And then be sure to play along with us this month for a chance to win some fabulous Verve goodies!! Just create your own Happiness for Hostesses gift and post a link to your project on the Day 1 post for a chance to win!! Can't wait to see what you create!! And don't forget to check out each Diva's contributions this month and leave comments to let them know what you think - there's a $25 gift certificate hidden along the parade somewhere for one lucky commenter!!

Supplies:
Stamps: Bountiful Backgrounds, Enjoy (Verve)
Paper: Kraft, Chocolate Chip, Whisper White, Baja Breeze (SU)
Ink: Fresh Snow (PTI); Baja Breeze, Riding Hood Red, Pumpkin Pie, Chocolate Chip (SU)
Accessories: Favor Box die (Sizzix); ribbon, jumbo eyelet (SU); Circle & Oval Nestabilities (Spellbinders)

Hi Jen, I am new to digi scrapbooking and I was just wondering what kind of paper you reccommend printing digital papers out on for use in hybrid projects. Do you use regular cardstock, matte photo paper, or something else? Thank you in advance for your help. I found you through the Sweet Shoppe and really like your work, very inspiring.
